Materials:
- Milk Cotton (Pink, White, Red, Green)
- Crochet hook – Size H/2.5mm hook
- Scissors
- Stitch marker
- Needle
Abbreviations:
- sl st: slip stitch
- St: stitch
- Mr: Magic ring
- Ch: Chain
- Sc: Single crochet
- Dc: Double crochet
- Hdc: Half double crochet
- Inc: Increase
- Rep: Repeat
- Sk: Skip
- Rnd: Round
- Sp: Space
- Yo: Yarn Over
- Puff St: Insert your hook into the next stitch and pull up a loop (2 loops on the hook), repeat the same step until you have 6 loops on the hook, to complete the st, yo and pull through all 6 loops.
Patterns:
1. Strawberry Granny Square
Rnd 1: (Pink yarn)
- Mr, 2ch, 2sc, ch3, (3sc, 3ch)*7, sl st, bind off.
Rnd 2: (White yarn)
- Ch3, 3dc, 4dc*7 (each sp), sl st, bind off.
Rnd 3: (Red yarn)
- Ch3, 4dc(into the same loop), ch3,sk3, (5dc into the same loop, ch3, sk3)*7, sl st, bind off.
Rnd 4: (Green and white yarn)
- (white yarn) ch2, 2hdc, (Green yarn) Puff St, (ch2, 3hdc, Puff st)*7, ch2, sl st, bind off.
Rnd 5: (White yarn)
- (Ch3, 2hdc) in the same loop
- Sk2, (2hdc, 1dc) in the same sp
- Sk1, (3dc, ch3, 3dc) in the same loop
- Sk1, (1dc, 2hdc) in the same loop
=> Rep pattern below 3 time
- Sk3, 3hdc in the same loop
- Sk2, (2hdc, 1dc) in the same sp
- Sk1, (3dc, ch3, 3dc) in the same loop

- sl st, bind off.
Rnd 6: (Pink yarn)
- Ch3, 2dc (into the same sp)
- 3dc into the same sp <16 sp total>
- (3dc, ch3,3dc) into the same corner <4 corner total>
Rnd 7: (Red yarn)
- Ch3, 2dc (into the same sp)
- 3dc into the same sp <20 sp total>
- (3dc, ch1, 1dc, ch1, 3dc) into the same corner <4 corner total>
Rnd 8: (Pink yarn) <104 st total>
- Ch2, 1sc (each st)
- 3sc into the same loop <4 corner total
=> Connect 2 pieces of strawberry granny square
- 1sc in each stitch across 3 sides
2. Expanded Opening
Rnd 1:
- Ch3, (2dc, ch1, sk1)*8, 5dc, ch1, sk1, (2dc, ch1, sk1)*7, sl st.
Rnd 2:
- Ch3, inc in each stitch across the entire rnd, sl st and bind off.
Rnd 3:
- (Ch3, sk1, sl st) the entire rnd, sl st and bind off.
3. Drawstring*2
Rnd 1:
- Mr, ch2, 6sc, sl st.
Rnd 2:
- Ch2, inc*6, sl st, ch80.(leave a long string)
- Use a needle to sew the last chain stitch to a circle and secure your work.( after insert into pouch).
Note: Repeat previous steps to create one more drawstring.
